As pupils' behaviour during a classtrip often is more exuberant than at school, we ask the teaching staff to:
- Split the class into small groups of 10 pupils
- Provide one teacher to accompany each group of 10 pupils
- Keep each group under control
- Forbid shouting, running and fighting
- Forbid the pupils to bring in food and drinks (or chewing gum).
Would you like a taster workshop with your class? You will very quickly learn the basis of bobbin lace making (2h): crossing and twisting, putting up pins and…… a beautiful bookmark is the result! Would you and your group, small society, bobbin lace club or other organisation like to explore your choice of lace or perhaps study a certain lace in more detail? No problem. The Kantcentrum offers a tailor-made workshop, tutored by a specialist in the chosen lace. Tell us what you want to achieve and, above all, describe your group’s level in the lace. With this information we will ensure an exciting initiation or more advanced session in the chosen lace type.
