Paris Lace is not just characterised by floral or plant motifs but also by representations of animals, shepherdesses, etc.
The techniques also differ from other types of fine lace. In this series of lessons we start with the basics and gradually discover this lace. We will not only work with bobbins but, if you wish, you can also learn to make your own designs.
To get to know this lace, you must be able to read a working diagram without problems. Knowledge of another type of fine lace such as Flanders lace is also recommended.
